BREAKING SAUCE NEWS: Major Menu CHANGE Hits Popular Chicken Guy! Restaurant in Disney World

When it comes to great dining in Disney World, Disney Springs is THE place to go.

Whether you’re looking for an upscale wine bar experience or want some delicious BBQ, there’s a little something for everyone. Sometimes, we find ourselves just wanting to hit up the fast-casual Chicken Guy! restaurant, mostly because we love that there’s a HUGE selection of sauces. Well, there used to be, anyway.

So, one of our favorite things to get at Chicken Guy! is the Chicken Tenders with a VAST selection of sauces. Chicken Guy! previously offered 22 unique sauces to dip those tenders in. This was even one of the restaurant’s big selling points. However, something has changed. Here’s a look at the OLD list of signature sauces.

Thanks to DFB Reader Brittany, we’ve now learned that the Chicken Guy! sauce list has been SERIOUSLY downsized, and now you only get a choice of 10 sauces. So, 12 sauces (some of them our favorites) are gone. Poof. Vanished.

We have…news. Chicken Guy has gotten RID of half of their sauces! 😭 Take a look at the remaining options to see if your go-to sauce survived the cuts. It remains unclear at this time why they have cut down, or if the other 12 sauces will return to the menu. 🐔 pic.twitter.com/LHZyIb3QqA

Currently, the menu lists the Special Sauce, Donkey Sauce, Chipotle Ranch, Buffalo, Buttermilk Ranch, Honey Mustard, Garlic Parmesan, Sweet ‘N’ Sour, Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ, and Nashville Hot Honey. There’s also a limited-time sauce, which is currently Korean BBQ.

That’s it?

So why did this happen? Well, we did ask several Cast Members, but there didn’t seem to be a definitive answer. We did learn this happened within the past week, so this is a new development. Is it supply issues? Were the other sauces just not popular enough? We need to know! But if you plan on visiting Chicken Guy! with hopes of getting a certain sauce, make sure it’s still available.
