Unrestricted park hopping is BACK at Disney World, and with that comes a few updates.

Beginning January 9th, 2024, park hopping at Disney World is no longer restricted to a 2PM starting window, meaning you can park hop immediately after visiting your first park (which also no longer requires a reservation for date-based tickets). So how does this affect transportation to and from the Disney World parks, specifically the bus schedule? We have the details!
According to a Cast Member at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, park-to-park bus routes will commence at 10AM each day.

This report is verified by Disney World, which posted on its website: “Bus transportation is now available between the theme parks beginning at 10:00 AM each day. Guests may also take the monorail when traveling between Magic Kingdom park and EPCOT. Bus services are not available from Magic Kingdom park to EPCOT at this time.”

In addition to bus and monorail transportation, Disney World guests will still have access to the Disney Skyliner as well as water transportation to aid in traveling between the parks as well as visiting the rest of the Walt Disney World Resort.

It would be very helpful if you could write an extended transportation itinerary. That is, how to get from Park to park from different parks. How can I get from the Art of Animation hotel to the Magic Kingdom without taking a bus?
Hi Patricia! The fastest way to get from Art of Animation to Magic Kingdom will be by bus (or rideshare, but that’s not free), but you can also take the Skyliner to EPCOT and then take the monorail over to Magic Kingdom, but you’ll be adding extra time onto the trip whereas a bus would take you right to it.
