Hurry! This Super RANDOM Activity Is Only in EPCOT for ONE MORE DAY!

Have you realized that America’s Funniest Videos (AFV) is on Disney+ for all your laughing pleasure?

AFV has been around for a LONG time. It was the kickstart in the 90s that made documenting everything in our lives normal, and the trend has continued into today. After 34 successful seasons, the show is still going strong, and we don’t see it slowing down any time soon, especially when we notice signs in EPCOT asking for our vote!

That’s right! When we were walking around EPCOT on March 17th, we noticed some signs on the walkway asking for our vote for America’s Funniest Video. The show is traveling around to get votes for a Grand Finale!

Calling all voters!

Of COURSE, we had to stop by and vote! We love a good laugh and hanging out watching funny videos for an hour sounded like a great way to spend our time. We stopped by the World Showcase Events Pavilion (for those that don’t know this is the massive backstage building between the U.K. and Canada pavilions, you can see its roof from World Showcase) to laugh at some videos and cast our vote.

The videos we got to see that day had already each won $20,000 and were now getting votes for the Grand Place win of $100,000! So we knew they were gonna be good. You can see the list of video titles below, but some of them had titles we personally identified with, like ‘Doggy Don’t Do Stairs,’ ‘Dough-Loving Fido,’ and AJ’s favorite ‘Eye-Rolling Rascal.’

Videos to vote on

We got to watch each of the videos with a group of others and vote for the one we thought deserved the grand prize. It was certainly a highlight of our day. You can watch the Grand Finale and find out who the winner is on May 12th!

A Cast Member we talked to said the voting was also happening on March 18th which would be only between the final two videos for the Grand Finale. The voting takes place at the same times as on Sunday (12PM, 1PM, and 2PM). And if you go vote, you get to pick between a shirt, hat, or beanie!

It was a fun, unexpected experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. If you happen to catch it, go vote! This isn’t the first time we’ve seen this in EPCOT, we also voted on AFV videos in 2021, so it’s a thing that comes around once in a while. You never know what you’ll stumble upon in the parks!
