Do you love Disney World?
Do you love Disney World so much that you’d like to live there? Well, as you can imagine it’s certainly not going to be cheap, but it’s definitely possible. Disney’s Golden Oak community has some GORGEOUS houses up for sale, and even if we can’t afford to throw out the millions of dollars needed need to buy one, we can still dream, right?
So the Golden Oak community is just four miles from Magic Kingdom, and in addition to living in a beautiful house inside Disney World, you’ll get Disney service and access to the exclusive Golden Oak Club. Who knows? If you’ve got the $$$ or if you win the lottery, one of these three homes we’re about to show you could be your next home!
Grand Villa Amore — $14.5M
The first home, Grand Villa Amore, can be found at 10151 Enchanted Oak Drive in the Carolwood Reserve community of Golden Oak. This home boasts a whopping seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms plus two half bathrooms. It will set you back $14,500,000. It has a Mediterranean-themed design and reminds us of Prince Eric’s castle in The Little Mermaid.
This home, with its MULTIPLE courtyards, even has an outdoor living area with an outdoor kitchen! The pool and spa has a fiber optic “starfield” ceiling in the pool gazebo.
And if you need it, there’s a wine room, too. You’ll also be able to invite your friends over for movies in the Millennium Falcon-themed theater.
The main suite features a fireplace and a connected bathroom with a soaking tub. There’s even a pet grooming room, as well as some very impressive home office space.
Once Upon a Dream — $10M
If that doesn’t quite suit your tastes, there’s also the home listed at 10254 Summer Meadow Way, Golden Oak, F, called “Once Upon A Dream.” This home has a more modern aesthetic and sits on a corner lot. It has a circular drive in front.
This home allows a lot of natural light in with its floor-to-ceiling windows in the two-story main gallery and dining room.
This house, though, is a little smaller: it has five bedrooms and five bathrooms with two half-bathrooms. This one also has a summer kitchen, as well as a fire pit, pool, and cabana.
There’s also a “semi-attached guest casita.” (Is that an Encanto reference?). It also has a wine room and overlooks a nature preserve. Expect to see Disney touches throughout. This home goes for $9,999,950.
Sherwood Burrow — $8.5M
Finally, Sherwood Burrow is also available for a cool $8,495,000. This home has five bedrooms, five Bathrooms, and three Half Bathrooms. This home, located at 9725 Vista Falls Drive in Orlando, has a more Tuscan design with a brick exterior.
The main suite features stained-glass windows, a separate sitting area, a morning bar, and a gorgeous bathroom.
Other rooms have hand-carved doors, and there are spiral staircases throughout. Inside, this house feels like it belongs in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
You want Disney touches? This home has plenty! This room is giving us Beast’s Library vibes, complete with Lumiere!
Did we mention it has a steampunk-themed home theater? Because it does!
For most of us, these homes are merely wishful thinking, but you never know. Maybe someday we’ll live here…
