Disneyland’s app has a added a long-desired new feature.
For those unfamiliar, the Disneyland Resort’s Magic Key pass system – essentially the current version of annual passes – features a park reservation rule regarding no-shows. Members who “no-show” more than 3 reservations in a 90 day period are barred from making a new reservation for 30 days. In a long-awaited update, the Disneyland app finally makes these no-shows easy to track.
As first reported by theme park journalist extraordinaire Scott Gustin on X (formerly Twitter), the app has added a no-show history option when booking a park reservation, allowing Magic Key holders to see how many – if any – no-shows they have.

We put the system to the test ourselves, and sure enough we were able to view our no-show history…
…as well as a full rundown of the rules associated with no-showing a Disneyland reservation.
This Disneyland app update will help Magic Key holders keep better track of their no-show days, thereby allowing them to ensure that they won’t inadvertently be locked out of making theme park reservations. Stay tuned to DFB for more Disneyland updates.
