Yes, we’re the DISNEY Food Blog, but y’all know we love some McDonald’s.
Plus McDonald’s and Disney have always had a cool partnership, which means we’re always trying to collect Disney toys in Happy Meals when they’re available (sometimes we go a little overboard with those collections). We are also old enough to remember when you could get McDonald’s fries in Disney World (yes, that was REAL). So when McDonald’s announces the return of an ICONIC menu item, we’re going to get excited. So brace yourselves because the Snack Wrap is COMING BACK!
McDonald’s U.S.A. President Joe Erlinger recently told Good Morning America that the Snack Wrap would be making a glorious return in 2025. Although a super popular menu item, the snack wrap hasn’t been available since 2016. Needless to say, many McDonald’s fans were upset and have since been hoping it would return — well, it’s coming back!
McDonald’s senior marketing director Guillame Huin posted to X that a large part of why the Snack Wrap is returning is due to demand for it on social media:
If you ever wonder if your posts here matter, if they have an impact, if we even care, let me tell you something, you and you only with your countless posts and requests and petitions made it happen. They were in all our meetings, all our discussions, every single powerpoint to…

McDonald’s also teased the return of the snack wrap on social media:

Erlinger talked about the “cult following” the Snack Wrap has. Although he did confirm its return, he did not say exactly when it will return, but you can bet McDonald’s fans will be checking those menus often (okay, it’s us — we’re those fans). The original Snack Wrap came with grilled or crispy chicken with ranch or honey mustard sauce. We’ll be curious if the new Snack Wrap will be the same or if McDonald’s might shake things up with it.
We’ll keep an eye out for when the Snack Wrap returns and let you know, so stay tuned to DFB for more.
