Attention vocalists! This month you have the chance to audition for one of Walt Disney World’s oldest and most decorated performance groups: The Voices of Liberty!
The Voices of Liberty have been performing at EPCOT’s American Adventure Pavilion since the beginning, having evolved out of Re’Generation, an a cappella group at that had performed at the Magic Kingdom in the 1970s. In addition to their daily performances, the group has released several albums, performed as part of EPCOT events — including the annual Candlelight Precessional — and for several U.S. Presidents including Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan. Now, you have a chance to join them.
According to a post on the Official Disney Auditions Instagram page, auditions are currently open for the group.
The post reads “Dreaming of performing with the legendary Voices of Liberty at @WaltDisneyWorld? Submit online now through Jan. 23 at the link in our bio! 🎶 #DisneyAuditions #VoicesOfLiberty” and features two images. The first features the group performing, while the second gives specifics for the audition.
If you’re looking for a song to audition with we’d suggest something classic from the American songbook like “Stars and Stripes Forever”, “Moon River,” “You’ll Be in My Heart”, or the “Star-Spangled Banner”, all of which have been staples of the group’s EPCOT setlists over the years.
Auditions for EPCOT’s legendary Voices of Liberty vocal group are OPEN until January 23rd! Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney World entertainment updates and if you audition, break a leg!

My dream job at WDW would a greeter at the Yacht Resort and Hotel. Dressed in a double-breasted yachting outfit, complete with cap. You don’t tote luggage, but just hand our maps and give directions. It’s a perfect job for a gentleman in his 70’s.
Can’t sing a note do that one’s out. I’d love to work in the Haunted Mansion though!
