You must’ve heard of the Blue Heeler who’s taken the world by storm over the past couple of years! Of course, we’re talking about Bluey!

Bluey and Bingo!
Bluey is a popular kids show that you’ll be able to find on Disney+, and EVERYONE has been watching (yes, we know your secret)! If you’re a fan of the lovable Bluey, you’re going to want to check this out. A LEGO Bluey Ice Creamery Pop Up just took place to celebrate the new LEGO set!
LEGO just posted on their Instagram a look at their new Bluey Ice Creamery Pop Up, and it’s adorable! The caption read “No lime lessons here — just a whole lot of fun and LEGO bricks. Welcome to the LEGO Bluey Ice Cream pop up!”
This pop-up is for Bluey fans to go and order LEGO ice cream — no, literally! Kids and their families can choose their favourite flavour: Strawberry, Mango, Double Chocolate, or Rainbow – served in LEGO brick form! You can get little LEGO studs as sprinkles, and it’s all put into a Bluey ice cream cup. Once you get your “ice cream”, build away!

So what’s this for? Well, Bluey and LEGO have partnered up to celebrate the arrival of LEGO Bluey sets! What better way to do that than to recreate one of the show’s most iconic moments — but in brick form.

Fans can now step into the world of Bluey with a playful tribute to the Heeler family’s ice cream trip to Brisbane’s South Bank. It’s inspired by the ‘Ice Cream’ episode seen in season two of the fan-favorite animated series.

The pop-up is set against Brisbane’s iconic skyline. It brings this special episode to life for all to enjoy, inviting families to build, play, and discover the endless creative possibilities of LEGO. It also brings the characters to life, featuring LEGO brick builds of Bluey and Bingo.

The Bluey build is made of a whopping 29,224 LEGO bricks, while Bingo is made of 5,306 LEGO DUPLO bricks! It took 190 hours to build the two adorable figures — how crazy is that?!

The immersive pop-up was open from June 3rd through June 8th and offered photo ops, creativity, and family fun. We need this in the States ASAP! As we mentioned earlier, the primary purpose of the pop-up was to celebrate the collaboration between LEGO and Bluey. Which means brand-new LEGO Bluey sets are now available to buy.

We wish we could have seen the pop-up in person, but we can assure you that we will be getting some of these new LEGO sets. Make sure to stay tuned to Disney Food Blog, we love talking about all things Bluey!
