Moana 2 finally hit the streaming platform, and new subscriber changes just started recently, so we’re ready to spend some quality time with our friends and family watching our favorite movies. Now it looks like another change is starting on March 25th!
Disney+ subscribers, get ready for a seemingly small but mighty change! Starting on March 25th, Disney is releasing an update that will allow subscribers to remove and update their “Continue Watching” queue.

First, you’ll find your continued watching queue. This lists the movies and shows you haven’t finished watching or someone else started on your user profile. There are a few ways to remove things from your queue. One option is to find the thing you wish to remove, and you can press and hold to remove it. It will then prompt you to confirm the removal.

The second option is to go into the show profile, find the subtraction button, and select it. Disney will prompt you to confirm the removal. Don’t worry, though! Even if you remove it from your queue, your progress won’t be deleted, so you can pick up where you left off later.

This will also look a bit different on the app or mobile browser, but it is still simple. On your mobile device, just click the three dots and select “remove” to have the show taken off your continued watching list.

On the web, you can move your mouse over the title you want to remove and click the “remove” icon. The update launches today for web, Apple TV, and iOS devices. Other devices will update over the coming weeks! It’s important to note, any live events cannot be removed from your queue but will automatically be removed once the live event ends.

This new update will be great for anyone who’s finished a show, accidentally added something to the queue, or just wants to clear the queue and start over. As always, keep following DFB for the most up-to-date Disney news!
