If you’ve been around for a while, you might have heard our team talk about the wonders of the Frogg Togg poncho. While it might seem silly, this poncho literally changed how I experience Disney World during the rainy season. I’m someone who doesn’t like the rain and can feel easily overstimulated when my tennis shoes become soaked. I have paid for the $12 Adult ponchos in Disney World more times than I care to share, and each time, I have felt like it was a waste.

I would use them once or twice, and then it would tear or it would still be soaking wet, and I wouldn’t want to toss it back in my bag. Every issue I’ve ever had with a poncho, the Frogg Togg corrects! This poncho comes in 6 colors (which can make finding your family and friends a breeze in a crowd) and it’s ultra lightweight.
Because it’s ultra lightweight, it doesn’t stick to my body and make me feel like a steamed baked potato when I’m going through the parks. Not only does it protect me from the rain, it’s also flowy enough that it will even help keep my shoes more dry than they normally would be. (Puddles excluded, of course.)
It also comes with a carrying case that allows you to fold up your wet poncho and put it back into your bag without messing up anything else once the rain is gone. I have never liked ponchos and have always chosen umbrellas when it comes to fighting the rain, so I won’t feel sticky or overheated, but the Frogg Togg is in my bag every time I go to Disney World now.
I have used this poncho more times than I can count, and the material holds up each and every time, making it a great purchase for your Disney trip or any other travel where you might need rain protection. I can’t speak highly enough about this poncho and will continue to only use this on any future Disney trip.
