NEWS: Transportation Change Arrives at EPCOT

A major transportation improvement has arrived at Walt Disney World.

In August 2025, work was completed on the new Bust Stop #1 at the EPCOT Bus Depot, and the new element of transportation infrastructure is officially in use.

Work on the new project began earlier this year, modernizing the Bus Stop #1 with fresh concrete, stanchions, and structural roof work.

The infrastructure improvements come at a time when Disney World’s bus system is busier than ever. According to Disney, the resort’s current bus system features 424 buses that traverse 43 square miles of bus routes. It also features ridership that makes it the equivalent to the 13th largest level of bus ridership in the U.S.
