I have walked more miles in Disney World than I can even count. I lived next to the parks for 3 years, and now I go roughly once a month. That means I know a thing or two about surviving the parks.

Hoka Women’s Clifton 10 Sneakers
For several years, I would find myself limping out of the parks at the end of the night until I finally tried these 4 products. They literally saved my feet and helped cut down my pain by 90%!
Bad shoes can ruin your park day! I look back at 10-year-old me when I wore the $1 Old Navy flip flops to the parks from open to close and weep, knowing that I am setting in the foot pain early in life. Luckily, adult me knows what to wear to make my park days doable and pain-free.
HOKA Clifton 10s

Hoka Womens Clifton 10
First up, the HOKA Clifton 10s have SAVED ME! I hesitated on buying these shoes for years because the price point just felt like too much to me. The first time I wore them, it made me mad that they were SO good because it justified the price tag, and I knew I couldn’t go back to other shoes. These offer cushion and support that help give me an extra pep in my step, even at the end of the day. They’re also nice and lightweight, so they don’t weigh me down during the day.
Brooks Ghost 17 Shoes
Next, the Brooks Ghost shoes are an amazing, slightly more affordable alternative to the HOKAs. These shoes offer neutral support. They have Loft v3 cushioning that gives lightweight softness and feel-good comfort as you walk from ride to ride and show to show. They’re flexible and breathable. making them perfect for a theme park day!
Dr. Scholl’s Plantar Fasciitis Insoles
If you want a way to make your current tennis shoes better, consider grabbing shoe inserts! I developed plantar fasciitis in my early 20s from all of this walking, and the moment I tried shoe inserts, I felt my life change. Within days, my pain had been cut in half, and now I won’t wear any shoes without my inserts. These are scientifically designed to cut down on pain by providing a cushioned heel cup and supportive arch to reduce pressure. If I had to do it all again, this would be my #1 purchase.
Dr. Scholl’s Moleskin Padding
Finally, Dr. Sholl’s moleskin padding can be a great tool to have if you’re prone to blisters and sore spots. This padding is thin and flexible, and you can cut it to fit your needs. They protect your feet from painful pressure from your shoes, and if you already have a blister, they can provide pain relief during your day. These can help anyone of any age!
If you’re taking care of your feet on your vacation, welcome to the club! This is a safe and pain-free place. Be sure to keep following DisneyFoodBlog for more Disney necessities, tips, and more.
