The Harry Potter theme park world is about to expand.

A massive expansion is coming to Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and this time, we’re going where Harry Potter fans haven’t been able to before: The Forbidden Forest.
Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi has announced three Harry Potter lands for the indoor Yas Island Park, including the Forbidden Forest, Diagon Alley, and Hogwarts. There will be an exclusive ride specifically for Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi.

The Forbidden Forest has been represented in parts of rides or temporary experiences, but this is the first time it’s having its own land in a theme park. No rides have been revealed, but they did confirm that all three new lands will feature exclusive Harry Potter rides not found anywhere else.

The Harry Potter expansions will cover about 678,000 square feet, and the park will grow by more than 50%. The expansion will also include new DC superhero attractions called Kryptonite Collider and Superman Up and Away.

This development reflects our long-term vision for immersive entertainment experiences that set new benchmarks for the industry, and we look forward to unveiling environments that fans will love for generations to come.”
