2025 Disneyland Half Marathon Race Dates
The 2026 Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend will take place from January 29th to February 1st, 2026. The event will “Celebrate Happy” as part of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary. Get ready for the Happiest Race on Earth at the Happiest Place on Earth!

General registration for the 2026 Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend will open on April 29th, 2025 at 7AM Pacific Time) on runDisney.com. For Club runDisney Gold and Platinum members, registration will open on April 22nd, 2025 (at 7AM Pacific Time).
Weekend Overview
The Disneyland Half Marathon as well as a 5K, 10K, and Challenge, along with Disneyland Yoga will make up the weekend’s race offerings!
With the return of runDisney races to Disneyland Resort comes the return of the popular Coast to Coast Challenge (in which runners participate in events in both Disneyland Resort AND Walt Disney World)!
The distances for the event include: the Disneyland Half Marathon, the Disneyland 10K, and the Disneyland 5K.
Participants may also opt to take part in the Dumbo Double Dare Challenge by participating in both the Disneyland 10K AND the Disneyland Half Marathon for a total of 19.3 miles (and you’ll receive an EXTRA medal for your efforts).

Disneyland Half Marathon
The Disneyland Half Marathon is scheduled for Sunday, February 1st. And runDisney is encouraging you to “bring a friend and “Celebrate Togetherness” during 13.1 miles of “it’s a small world®” wonders.”

Registration opening dates are as follows:
- Club runDisney Gold and Platinum Registration — April 22, 2025 at 7AM Pacific Time
- General Registration — April 29th, 2025 at 7AM Pacific Time
Registration fees are as follows, based on date of purchase for in-person race:
- Disneyland Half Marathon: April 29, 2025 – October 27, 2025: $270.00
- Disneyland Half Marathon: Beginning October 28, 2025: $280.00
Prices include a 6.6% platform service fee.
The Disneyland Half Marathon features:
- 13.1 mile course through Disneyland Resort and surrounding area
- An array of Disney character sightings and entertainment throughout the race
- Half Marathon Finisher medal
- On-Course and Post Race Refreshments

Dumbo Double Dare Challenge
If you’re planning to push yourself as far as possible, the Dumbo Double Dare is for you. This 19.3-mile challenge offers a special medal for completion of both the Disneyland 10K and the Disneyland Half Marathon on pace, and in 2026 you can “Celebrate Achievement” and earn an extra medal by finishing both the 10K and the half marathon for a total of 19.3 miles hosted by Dumbo.”

Registration for The Dumbo Double Dare Challenge is required to receive the Dumbo Double Dare Challenge medal.

Disneyland Yoga
Disneyland Yoga, which is scheduled for Thursday January 29th, 2026. And runDisney is encouraging you to ““Celebrate Smiles” without the miles during a morning yoga session with the magnificent Miss Piggy in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.”
Registration fees are as follows:
- Registration and Price: April 29th, 2025 at 7AM Pacific Time; $140.00
Prices include a 6.6% platform service fee.

runDisney Kids Races
Kids Races, which are broken down into 4 age groups (0-1, 1-3, 4-6, and ages 7-9), are hosted by Stitch on January 31st, 2026!
runDisney Kids Races are open to children up to age 9. Kids Races — which will include a Diaper Dash — are broken down into the following age groups:
- Ages 0-1
- Ages 1-3
- Ages 4-6
- Ages 7-9
Registration fee is as follows:
- Registration will open at 7AM PT on April 29th, and costs $45.
Price includes a 6.6% platform service fee.
runDisney Health & Fitness Expo
Participants must attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at least one day prior to their first event to pick up their race bib, participant shirt. Vendor pieces and event-specific merchandise will also be available!
