Important Info:
- The seating area inside Katsura Grill isn’t very large, but you have the option of both outdoor & indoor seating. And there is even more seating closer to the Pagoda in the pavilion. (Bonus: not many guests know about the additional seating by the Pagoda!)
Famous Dishes: Chicken Teriyaki
Nosh or Not
Make your way to Katsura Grill if…
You want a comforting, quick meal in a relaxing setting. While the interior seating at Katsura Grill can fill up quickly, it’s still relatively quiet and relaxing. Plus, the outdoor seating puts you in the middle of a gorgeous Japanese garden with babbling water features.
You’re looking for authentic Japanese eats that won’t take up too much of your day. Expect dishes like udon noodles, chicken and beef teriyaki, curry, and more. Kiddos can enjoy chicken teriyaki with broccoli and rice. It’s easy to get in and out of here relatively quickly!
You want a lighter meal that you might not be able to find locally. If you’re looking for veggies and protein, Katsura Grill is a great option. And, if you’re looking for something hearty during the winter months, we love the curry, udon, and ramen here!
Go elsewhere if…
You’re looking for a sit-down meal that you can take a break during. While Katsura Grill is one of the more relaxing quick service restaurants, we always recommend booking a table service reservation if you’re really looking to take a break during the day.
You don’t like or aren’t in the mood for Japanese food. We love that there are so many unique options around the World Showcase, and if you’re not a fan of branching out or are looking for something more familiar, consider Connections Eatery or Sunshine Seasons.
You want to eat somewhere with lots of seating for larger parties. While Katsura offers both indoor and outdoor seating, there isn’t a whole lot of either, which can make it harder for larger groups to dine here.
