Guests of Aulani, Disney Vacation Club’s Hawaii resort, will now enjoy a little taste of the parks as they bask paradise! In a move that only seems logical, Aulani is now offering Dole Whip!
Dole Whip in Now Available Self-Serve at The Lava Shack in Aulani!
The cult favorite is available at The Lava Shack in Aulani. The poolside shop is your spot to stock up on beach and pool gear, but they also offer a selection of snacks, beverages, and frozen treats. This is also a great stop for grabbing a soda in your refillable souvenir mug.
The Dole Whips at Aulani will be self-serve, similar to the set up that used to be at Captain Cook’s (you know…back when they weren’t under renovation) — perfect for seeing how tall you can make it! Guests can choose from Pineapple, Vanilla, or Pineapple-Vanilla Swirl.
(UPDATE: Dole Whip is no longer being served at Captain Cook’s, is no longer self-serve, and is no longer available 24 hours a day. You’ll now find Dole Whip in Disney’s Polynesian Village at the new Pineapple Lanai.)
Whether you find yourself in Walt Disney World, Disneyland, or Aulani, there’s always someplace to grab your favorite pineapple soft serve!

They didn’t have Dole Whip before? I’m pretty shocked! Especially since the Dole pineapple plantation- that also sells Dole Whip- is on the same island.
I can’t believe it took them this long! Looks like a trip to Aulani is even more important now then it was before. 🙂
When we were there we walked across the street to the little convenience store and got our Dole Whip! 😛
