Dinosaur Gertie’s Ice Cream of Extinction at Echo Lake
According to Orlando Theme Park News and wdwmagic.com, Echo Lake Eats will feature three new food stands custom-made to meet the demands of the summer crowds during the upcoming peak season. (We’re guessing these will be put into place feed the crowds who no longer have access to the kiosks and counter-service locations around the Streets of America.)
Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner on Echo Lake
Hollywood Waffles of Fame will focus on sandwiches (one of which will be served on a waffle).
Sliders to the Stars will feature barbecue and brisket sliders.
Finally, nachos and empanadas will be the primary fare at Bocados del Lago Nachos y Empanadas.
The opening date for these limited-run kiosks is reportedly May 20th. So get ready to get some serious snacking done at Hollywood Studios VERY soon!

Just call them food trucks….Love the idea, would love if the Mexican style place would maybe add some tacos, but not gonna knit pick over having better food options!!

Ok, like I have posted on here before, food trucks. Hope Disney is reducing the numbers they let in DHS now that it’s so much smaller.
