Let’s all “Have a Coke and a Smile…” at the brand new Coca-Cola Store Orlando in Disney Springs!
You can’t help but notice the huge Coca-Cola logo in its classic font as you approach the building, which was purportedly built to resemble a Coca-Cola bottling plant in the 1920s. (Ummmm….okay…..? Bottling plants in the 1920s had super futuristic, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, then? If you say so, Disney.)
Featuring three floors dedicated to the iconic soda, the experience begins when you walk under the 30-foot-wide blown-glass chandelier, which was made from repurposed Coca-Cola bottles. It’s kinda like you’re inside a giant bottle of Coke, eh?
The first and second floors are packed with merchandise custom-made for fans who want to declare their love of Coke on everything from their t-shirts (it’s mostly clothing on the first floor) to housewares (primarily found on the second)!
“Style My Coke” features special Bottle Wraps themed for various sports, different languages, and the Coca-Cola Polar Bear. (Guests will be able to meet the Polar Bear for photo opps and BEAR HUGS once August rolls around!)
Of course, when it comes to the Bottle Wraps, we’re a bit partial to THIS one…
While the merchandise is fun (and there’s LOTS more to see), the main reason behind our DFB visit was to check out the third floor… the one that features the ROOFTOP BEVERAGE BAR! Now, you can get there by taking the elevators.
But I would recommend walking upstairs via the ramp, if possible. It wraps around the building and is enclosed with glass sides, offering some pretty cool views as you go.
Once you arrive on the top floor, the aesthetics and architecture are modern and minimal, though you’ll spot pops of Coca-Cola red here and there.
Like most places participating in the new rooftop and outdoor patio trend in Disney Springs, the general idea seems to rely on simple settings that allow the surrounding views to be the focus.
And now, let’s stroll up to the bar…
…and see what they’re serving! Oh, and if you guessed, “Umm… Coke?”, then you’re correct!
Of course, there’s a little more to it than that ;). A huge array of Bottled and Fountain Beverages are featured alongside the Freestyle Experience, whereby guests receive chip-enabled Freestyle Cups allowing 5 refills within an hour of purchase to try out selections of the 100+ flavor options.
Energy drinks, Icees, Floats, and Smoothies make up the rest of the menu.
It’s pretty much all drinks on the menu, save for the option of peanuts to provide a bit of salt to contrast all the sweet. Peanuts and Coke — it’s an absolutely classic combo.
Having trouble deciding? Then you may want to opt for a Tray featuring several “Tastes of the World.” The Float Tray offers several familiar flavors in Ice Cream Float fashion (one scoop of vanilla ice cream per mini float).
Now, you may have had many a Barq’s Root Beer or Coca-Cola Float in your day.
But how about a Fanta Float, in Orange or Grape?
Or a Barq’s Red Creme Float? (This one is basically a vanilla-creme flavor.)
Mr. Pibb fans might have fun trying the Pibb Xtra Float.
And a couple more classic options are the Cherry Coke and Sprite Floats. (If you haven’t tried lemon-lime floats, I think you’ll be surprised at how refreshing they are).
Not only is the Float Tray a tasty way to cool down, it’s also just plain FUN! And the small portions are perfect for group sampling and sharing.
While the flavors in the Float Tray are probably familiar to you, the International Tray is meant to offer quite the opposite experience. It features sixteen flavors from around the world (with Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America represented), most of which will likely be unfamiliar to you no matter what corner of the globe you call home. There are so many drinks (a mix of sparkling and still), you receive two trays to carry them all.
Here’s Tray One!
It features Stoney Tangawizi from Tanzania, with its decidedly gingery profile.
Fanta Exotic Fruit Punch from Uganda matches its name precisely — it’s like a standard fruit punch with VERY intense flavor.
Bon Bon Anglais from Madagascar is lemon-flavored.
Sunfill Mint from Djibouti — I gotta say — tastes like mouthwash to me :P. Eww!
The Minute Maid Joy Apple from Korea reminded me of watered down apple juice.
I really enjoyed the Fanta Apple Kiwi from Thailand, which is very sweet and fruity. AND a beautiful color!
The Smart Watermelon from China tasted more like mixed fruits to me than just watermelon. It was actually quite light.
Finally, the Thums Up (nope — no typo) from India tastes very similar to — drum roll, please… — regular Coca-Cola.
Oh, wait… did I say, “Finally?” Because we’ve still got eight more to try! (Remember, you get all sixteen with the International Tray.)
Now, what can we say about Beverly from Italy? If you’ve visited Epcot’s Club Cool, then you’ve likely heard all about (and probably sampled) this bitter love-it-or-hate-it-though-most-people-seem-to-hate-it beverage.
And just like at Club Cool, most of the fun is in watching the faces of those tasting it for the first time. Cheers, friends 😉 !
The Aquarius Libre from Spain is another sweet drink, which reminded me of Sprite with an addition of grapefruit.
The emphasis is less on the sweet with the Fuse Tea with Berries from Georgia, which tastes essentially like a standard black iced tea.
Sour seekers will enjoy trying the very tart Bonaqua Fruits Apple Pear from Germany.
The Lift Manzana from Chile has a very unique taste. It almost has a roasted flavor, resembling a cider.
The Fanta Kolita from Costa Rica is a cherry soda, as you may guess from its bright red color.
Another Club Cool flavor is the super sugary-sweet Inca Kola from Puru, with its very light hint of citrus.
And finally — really, truly finally this time 😉 — the Delaware Punch from Honduras tastes similar to a fruit punch, but with grape as the prominent flavor.
Serious Club Cool fans looking for even more variety will have a blast with the International Tray. That said, because a similar experience does exist at Club Cool, I would personally grab the Float Tray again or enjoy a regular favorite for a nice cool down on a hot summer day in Disney Springs.
That said… believe it or not, this is NOT the end of our options! Because the Coca-Cola Store Rooftop Bar JUST started serving Adult Beverages on July 8th as well! So we’ll see you back here VERY soon with even more frosty fun from the Coca-Cola Store Orlando!
Are you looking forward to paying a visit to the Coca-Cola Store Orlando? Please let us know with a comment!
Terri says
I haven’t had Delaware Punch since I was a kid and had no idea It was sold in Honduras. Can’t wait to get to Orlando and try it again. 🙂
P.S. Peru is misspelled where you mention Inca Kola.
Dawn Kidle says
Oh I’m so excited to try this! The float tray definitely looks fun especially on these hot summer days. We’re stopping by next week so this will be a must visit for us.
Eric says
Do you know how much soda comes in each of the drinks on the Float Tray or International Tray? It’s hard to tell the size of the cups from the pictures…they look like pretty standard-sized cups (8oz maybe[?], though not full to the top), but when you multiply that by 8 or 16 that seems like a crazy amount of soda, especially for only $8.00!
Essie says
Looks like a lot of fun!
Ashley says
This looks great! My family really loves the Smart Watermelon soda from back in the day at Club Cool. We haven’t found any way to get our hands on any in years. Do you know if you can purchase individual orders of international sodas? Either fountain or bottled? Thanks!
Cindy Martinez says
I would love to see the VegiBeta juice drink from Japan at Club Cool. It is the best! I can never get enough of it.

Like much of Disney Springs, it’s built to look like a converted, modernized older building. Strip the “new” glass façade off, and it does, indeed, look like an old bottling plant.
Jacob says
My son is going to be so excited they sell the Sparletta Sparberry. That is his favorite flavor, he goes through a ton of the taster cups at Epcot!

This place sucks,.especially the so called “Liquor Bar” ,.nastiest drinks ive ever tasted
eugene pacinella says
have been to coca cola sampling area 4 times but the last time planet hollywood was open. The smell from planet hollywood is overpowering, The smell of hamburger or whatever they are cooking is vented right at the coca cola building. Im sure thats something coca cola didnt plan on when they had the idea. Also music on top floor ,the sampling area is way too loud you cant even hear the person next you its like a disco.
Douglas says
What good is a Coke museum without Tab? Very disappointing.
Jean B says
Do they have bottles of the international brands for sale?
As a non-hater of Beverly (visits to Italy got me used to it), can you order it on it’s own or only with the tray. I know there is a cocktail, which I will try, but it would be nice to have some on it’s own.
DFB Sarah says
Jean, I believe you can order it on its own in a larger size.
Judy Miller says
Stoney Tangawizi is my favorite drink of all time. Can I buy a case from you?
Blake Pace says
Douglas, great news! The bar DOES have TaB as a fountain drink! 2020 January and February my family and I discovered the Coke bar and we all had the 32-ounce cups of our family addiction!
I have loved and hoarded TaB since the 60’s and it is still bottled in (sadly) limited amounts. Ergo, I rejoice whenever I find it.
Come back, enjoy, and rejoice with me!

Came to Disney rooftop bar. Stood in line in 94 degree weather to watch 3 employees have a conversation for 2 minutes and not one addressed me to advance forward to take my order. I left the line in disbelief to join my party.
