will be the opening date for Paddlefish, the establishment previously known as Fulton’s Crab House in Disney Springs (which was previously known as Downtown Disney 😉 ).

Paddlefish, a Levy restaurant, will retain a focus on fresh seafood (along with steaks and chops), even though the space itself has received a “bow to stern” update! The new space with a sleek look and modern feel will play host to lunch and dinner — as well as Brunch on Sundays — complete with a brand new rooftop lounge featuring terrific waterfront views.

Reservations are not yet available for Paddlefish… but they will be as of February 6th (the first two days the restaurant will seat walk-up guests). We’re looking forward to bringing you our first ever review of the brand new Paddlefish restaurant in Disney Springs!

Will always be Fultons to me!
My wife and I got engaged on the no longer back deck one night so to me the change is unwelcomed.
Also taking a quick look at the menu, I’d prefer Fulton’s menu to this one.
I know reading reviews on Fultons there were many that spoke of bad experiences mine were always great.
So good luck Fultons, I mean Paddlefish.
No stone crabs? Not interested. Sigh.
Will definetly try it if we ever get to go back. We went last October and were very disappointed it wasn’t open yet. Ended up at Morimoto instead which was really good. We had debated between Morimoto and Art Smith and morimoto won.
Will Paddlefish take Tables in Wonderland?
It looks really nice! I bet this is going to be a 2 dining credits per meal place though 🙁
Disappointed with menu. I am vegetarian, looks like I will be eating elsewhere. Fultons had options for me to eat when out with my family. This no longer seems to be possible.
