Full Menu Revealed for Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney World’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Earlier this week, Advance Dining Reservations opened up for Sebastian’s Bistro for dates starting October 8th.

This new table service restaurant at Caribbean Beach Resort will feature Latin and Caribbean flavors in an “under the sea” setting, in keeping with your “host,” Sebastian!

We’ve taken a sneak peek at the new spot’s menu offerings, but the full menu is now available online.

Appetizers feature Jamaican Meat Pies and Raw Sliced Tuna, while the Maurauders Snack serves up a variety of dips to pair with tostones and arepas.

Your choices for entree will vary based on whether you are visiting for lunch or dinner.

Lunch features a variety of sandwiches (including two vegan options) and as well as Lunch Mains.

These include the same Grilled Skirt Steak Chimichurri which you may also order during dinner.

Dinner Mains present a unique Caribbean Goat Curry among the choices.

A Caribbean Vegetable Curry and Jerk Butternut Squash appear to present more vegetarian options during dinner.

Kids will be able to mix and match with Create-Your-Own Entrees.

Kiddos can choose their preferred entree, then select two accompanying sides.

Mile Marker Zero and Message in a Bottle are among the selections.

Joffrey’s Jamaican Blue Mountain Press Pot and an Alto Mayo Press Pot will be served in the coffee options. And lots of fun choices for both Mocktails and Cocktails are up for sips. A variety of beers, wines, and rum will also be on the menu.
