There’s no shortage of dining options across Walt Disney World, which can sometimes make it a bit overwhelming to find the best option for each guest.
Especially hotel options like Sebastian’s Bistro, which may fly under the radar!
Greetings from Disney World! We’ve just spending the past week going through all the great discounts that just dropped (NOW is the time to book that Disney World trip, y’all), eating not-so-great pizza, thinking about breakfast, checking out the most EPIC Easter display ever, and more!
Disney World restaurants have been busy this week, too. Like always, we’ve been tracking all the menu changes happening around the resort, and now we’re going to list them all out for you so you can stay updated, too! So let’s take a look at what changed.
It’s no secret that Disney World’s hotels are loaded with dining options, from quick service eateries and food courts to award-winning table service restaurants. However, the best all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurant at a Disney hotel may be hiding a bit under the radar.
Sebastian’s Bistro, which Disney calls a place where guests can transport their “taste buds to ‘island time’ with delightful family-style dishes infused with rich Latin and Caribbean flavors”, is located at the Moderate Tier Caribbean Beach Resort.
When you’re planning a trip to Disney World, there are TONS of options for where to stay during your visit. You can stay at a Disney-owned resort, a non-Disney resort located at Disney World, one of the many hotels and resorts off Disney World, or even an Airbnb. As for us, we prefer to stay at a Disney resort.
Disney resorts come with many perks, including transportation to the parks, Early Entry, Extended Evening Hours, and all the fun Disney atmosphere. Of course, there are different tiers of Disney resorts, and finding the one best for you can feel daunting. If you’ve been considering staying at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort but it’s outside your budget, we recommend another beach-themed resort instead!
If you get hungry in Disney World, there are SO many options to choose from. You’ve got quick-service restaurants if you want something quick and easy. You’ve got table service restaurants for a more relaxed experience. You’ve even got upscale and fancy (we’re talking Michelin star dining here, people), if that’s what you’re looking for.
The thing is, you’ll see certain Disney World restaurants recommended by a lot of folks, but we’re always wanting to let you know about those spots that maybe not everyone has discovered yet. Now, we have some favorite underrated spots, and we just revisited one, Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
These Disney restaurants are getting a makeover for 2025!
It may look pretty different the next time you dine at a Disney resort! We’re looking at restaurants at BOTH Disney World and the Disneyland Resort that are going through changes — both significant and minor. We’ll be zeroing in on restaurants that have just opened or reopened, will be closing for refurbishment, or will be sadly closing permanently, so buckle up and check out these 14 restaurants that are changing in 2025!
A popular Disney World restaurant is currently closed for a brief refurbishment.
Sebastian’s Bistro, the popular all-you-can-enjoy restaurant located at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, is currently down for approximately a week. According to a cast member we spoke with, the restaurant’s floors are being updated.
We have some important Disney World food news to share with you! A Disney World hotel restaurant is closing this week for refurbishment.
We don’t want you to be excited to dine on the restaurant’s Buttery Pull-apart Rolls, Baked Fish, or House-made Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding only to find out that it is currently closed! We have all the details you need to know.
Hello from (sometimes) sunny Florida! We’ve been at Disney World all week just checking up on things and eating all the food (so normal week for us).
That includes a new treat from The Cake Bake Shop, getting ready to eat ALL the Easter snacks that will be hitting Disney World soon, revisiting one of our favorite restaurants in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and trying three Disney Springs restaurants AT ONCE (because that’s how we roll). We also kept an eye on Disney World restaurant menus this week, and we’ve got some changes to report.
It’s time to shake off the seasonal depression — spring is just around the corner!
Although March 20th can’t come soon enough, we’ve got Daylight Savings coming up on March 9th — yay for more sunlight! If that wasn’t enough good news, Disney World is seeing some exciting changes in March and we’re going to take you through the biggest ones now. Let’s go!
