I’ve never been a big Star Wars fan, but to have a new land to explore will be very exciting. To me it will be like visiting FutureWorld in Epcot with cool characters like R2D2 and BB8.
Essie, I agree. I love new lands to explore!
I’m a huge Star Wars fan, but I hadn’t been to the parks since 2002. I finally went back 2 weeks ago and had a great time, but the highlights for me were all in Hollywood Studios. I rode the updated Star Tours, got all misty-eyed when I visited Launch Bay (and Chewie) for the first time, practically ran to see the March of the First Order, followed Stormtroopers around the park like I was some sort of galactic paparazzi, took more pictures of the Galaxy’s Edge construction than I did anything else, and skipped Fantasmic to see the Galactic Spectacular.
I probably won’t be able to contain myself when I finally see Galaxy’s Edge, but I can’t wait to get there. I’m already planning a trip for next year so please keep these updates coming!
Chris, sounds like a terrific trip! 🙂
