When visiting Disneyland or Walt Disney World theme parks, you will notice see park-specific shopping bags for sale such as the ones in Disneyland Resort merchandise locations or those in Disney World’s Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.
Walt Disney World Resort hotels now have their own reusable shopping bags available for purchase, too. While each park at this time has its own design, the Disney World Resort hotels are currently selling Walt Disney World bags (with all four parks represented in the design) as opposed to specific hotel designs.
The bags are similar to the park bags in that you can choose a small, medium, or large with a price range from $1.00-$2.00.
These park-specific bags arrived as part of Disney’s commitment to reducing single-use plastics around Disney destinations worldwide.

While I realize that one or two dollars is very cheap, even more so when compared to anything else purchased on property, giving one bag free with every resort room would cost the company so little they’d never feel it, and make guests feel extra special and welcome in these days when every part of the Disney experience is costing more and more every year .
Perfect for my knitting projects! I will be bringing home several in August 🙂
I too agree with Melissa about that one or two dollars is cheap but with everything costing so much you would think that Disney could give you a bag when you make a purchase.
With all the increases that Disney has imposed.
Makes one wonder when the free transportation around properties will end and guests will have to purchase daily passes for that also
