Disney has announced that Soarin’ Over California will extend its run in Disney California Adventure due to guest popularity!

Soarin’ Over California replaced the Soarin’ Around the World attraction in the Grizzly Peak area of Disney’s California Adventure on June 1st.
Originally, the limited time return was announced to take place through June 30th. But the terrific guest response has led to Disney extending Soarin’ Over California through August 31st!

Additionally, Disney has revealed an Annual Passholder Bonus: “Annual Passholders can enjoy an extra hour at Soarin’ Over California after park closing every Thursday night, beginning June 27 through the end of July. Blockout dates apply.”

I had forgotten how wonderful SOC is. I would love to see it coming back indefinitely.
I’m definitely happy! I never really loved the new Soarin’ over the World. We rode it once and didn’t bother again after that. The Soarin’ over California we couldn’t get enough of.
So happy that Soarin Over CA is back through 8/31. Wish that they would keep it permanently. Love that ride. It is so much better than Over the World. I will continue to go on that ride throughout the summer. Thank you Disney. You made my day & summer a little bit brighter.
I definitely love SOC. I can’t wait to see it again I’m soooo excited!!! And the Main Street Electrical Parade it’s like getting a huge Christmas present in August
Please extend it till the end of September. I arrive 4 days after it ends. 🙁 Would love to see it since the only time that I could view it, my kids were too little for it.
