We drove like the wind when we found out about the Bullseye Cupcake from The Artist’s Palette at Saratoga Springs!
If you say peanut butter, chocolate, and cupcake in the same sentence, you can bet we’ll be there to check it out!
The Bullseye Cupcake is a chocolate cake with a peanut butter mousse filling, topped with chocolate peanut butter buttercream, candy crisps, and a white chocolate Bullseye topper. YUMMM.
Honestly, we thought this cupcake was DELISH!! And one might even say that it could rival the FAMOUS Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Cupcake (also known as the Butterfinger Cupcake) that we love so much. You can read all about the Peanut Butter Crunch Cupcake here!
We enjoyed this cupcake so much because the cake was the perfect texture. And the buttercream was something that every peanut butter lover NEEDS to try! It was such a nice blend of both chocolate and peanut butter, without being too sweet or overwhelming. And we could tell that it was made with real peanut butter instead of some sort of peanut butter flavoring, which we really appreciated!
The little crips gave the cupcake a nice crunch and a great bit of texture. The cupcake itself really matched our pal Bullseye perfectly. Doesn’t he look so darn cute sitting on top of all that delicious buttercream?
We also love that the cupcake was so fresh. It didn’t seem like a cupcake that had been made for the masses, with artificial ingredients and flavoring. Instead, it tasted homemade, fresh, and delicious.
You can find this cupcake at The Artist’s Palette at Saratoga Springs for $5.99 0r a snack credit if you’re on the Disney Dining Plan.

Why oh why all the peanut butter Disney?! Especially somewhat hidden in chocolate frosting?! Geez for so long you guys were the best and often only place people with food allergy could go and have not only safe food (rare for those who have to call every restaurant to be sure it’s safe) but now you’re just creating gratuitously dangerous piles of allergen-laden junk (that kids will beg to try) and now you put some of the deadliest allergens all over the kitchen. Won’t so many kids love being told nope you can’t have any of these desserts but have these dry enjoy life crackers and fruit. Come on WDW. Don’t forget about all those loyal followers you alienate with this nutty mess and all the other treats you’re making in the same unsafe kitchen off site now. So sad. And heartless. And UnDisney
