There are so many exciting food locations coming to Disney World! Yesterday, we told you that a cookie dough food truck, Sunshine Churro carts, and Ample Hills Creamery are all coming to Disney Springs. Now we have even MORE news to share!
Beatrix will open its first restaurant in Florida in Disney Springs West Side!
According to Disney, the location will be a “neighborhood restaurant, coffeehouse and grab-and-go market featuring healthy food options including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan along with fresh-squeezed juice cocktails.” The restaurant, helmed by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, will also feature a bakery and full-service bar.
Marc Jacobs, Executive Partner and Divisional President, says “Beatrix represents the way people are eating today – it’s that mix of health and comfort. Whether grabbing a cup of coffee and your favorite pastry, or having a cocktail, lunch, or dinner with friends, it’s your neighborhood meeting place.”
We’re already looking forward to trying this new location when it opens. We don’t have an opening date for Beatrix just yet, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as we learn more!

Their brunch menu is awesome, so hopefully they will bring that! Also, they are part of Lettuce Entertainment Group and have a Frequent Diner’s program. Like Landry’s, you get $$ on your birthday month. Unlike Landry’s, though, their program is free!!
