You missed two huge ways to save:
1. Consider driving instead of flying to Orlando. If you have a large group or if you are staying in the Orlando area for more than a couple days, driving your own vehicle will save money, gives you flexibility on timing and you can bring more stuff. Of course it will take longer and will cut into your vacation time to drive, but there are ways to make the best of it.
2. If you have school aged kids look into the Disney Y.E.S. program (Youth Educational Services). You may be able to sign up for a program that gives your kids a great unique experience (like riding Space Mountain with the lights on before the park opens to learn about Physics) AND get deeply discounted park tickets (30%-50% off)
I see that you mentioned grocery delivery service in this video. Is this still possible? I thought I saw posted previously that front desks would no longer be accepting such deliveries.
Cyndi, the new policy seems to be that you have to be present to accept the delivery. I’ll update if that’s not the case.
