We’re having a surprisingly spooky morning as we celebrate the halfway mark to Halloween with Disney!
If you’re like us, then you sometimes celebrate your love of Disney by dressing up as your favorite character. If so, today is your day! Disneyland ambassadors are challenging you to share YOUR best Disney costumes to celebrate the upcoming spooky season!
The challenge got started when Disneyland ambassador Justin Rapp shared his AWESOME Captain Hook costume on Instagram — complete with a tin foil hook! He challenged some of his friends and YOU to share your own spooky Disney Halloween costumes of years past or years present and tag three friends to do the same!

Did you hear? Since we are just past the halfway mark to Halloween, @DisneyParksBlog is celebrating Halfway 2 Halloween 🎃🕸️ tomorrow with spook-tacular Disney Parks Halloween recipes, DIYs, fun facts and more! To kick things off, I’m sharing this memory with my favorite Disney villain Captain Hook, who inspired me to create this costume to participate tomorrow. I’d love to see your not-so-scary Halloween Disney-inspired costumes from home or past seasons using #DisneyMagicMoments and #Halfway2Halloween and tag 3 friends to do the same. I challenge @WDW.Ambassador Stephen and Marilyn, @colormemagic and fellow Cast Member @sureasliz.
To participate in the challenge, post your picture or video on your social media channel of choice and tag #DisneyMagicMoments and #Halfway2Halloween. We’ll be looking for our favorite Disney costume!
