We’re SO CLOSE to the release of Mulan on Disney+! The live-action remake will arrive to the streaming service this Friday, September 4 on Premium Access.
Ahead of the film’s arrival, we’ve been able to catch a couple of sneak peeks on social media. Today, disneystyle on Instagram shared a behind-the-scenes look at the costume design in the film!
The film’s Costume Designer Bina Daigeler explains a bit of the research and work put into the design of Mulan’s iconic warrior costume! Not only was the costumed designed to be a beautiful work of art, but it also needs to play an important role in telling the story! After all, Mulan is a woman in disguise dressed as a male in a men’s army, so the costume has to help her hide!
The legend arrives. Here's a special look at Disney's #Mulan.

Will you be watching Mulan this weekend on Premiere Access on Disney+? Let us know in the comments!
I’m really looking forward to seeing Mulan, but I cannot justify spending three times what I would pay at the theater to see it earlier than everyone else. If it was priced as a movie ticket is, especially for senior citizens, I would do it.
