Disneyland Resort has remained closed for over six months now.
California’s government has yet to release guidelines for theme park reopenings, spurring calls for action from the Anaheim Mayor and Disneyland President. Now, California Governor Gavin Newsom has commented on the coming plan for theme parks.
In a press conference about the California wildfires and global health crisis, Newsom said, “We will be making announcements soon as it relates to theme parks and amusement parks.”
We’re not sure when these announcements will come but when they do, it could be one big step towards the reopening of Disneyland. We’ll be keeping a close eye on news from the governor in the coming days so stay tuned.

Are you hoping for the reopening of Disneyland soon? Tell us in the comments!
I’m tired of these non-news news. He’s been lying and saying it’s “coming soon” for weeks (maybe even months??)
At this point he should probably just say “no comment”
