Disney can combine sustainability and commerce really well at times, and we appreciate it when their partnerships have those same environmentally-friendly philosophies.
This is why we are excited to tell you about a new licensing partnership between Disney Baby and Green Toys!
From a Green Toys release:
The entire Green Toys™ Disney Baby Collection is made from 100% recycled materials (mainly milk containers). These classic toys are free of BPA, phthalates and PVC and meet FDA standards for food contact. Plus, all phases of production including toy design, manufacturing, assembly and distribution, are completed right here in the USA.
Several of these items are available for order online right now.
This first toy is a stacker featuring Mickey Mouse in bold primary colors and sells for $14.99 (however today it is on flash sale for $12.55). Both the toy and the packaging are 100% recyclable!
Also on flash sale today for $16.55 is this Mickey Mouse & Friend Shape Sorter in fun primary colors and featuring the images of Minnie, Mickey, Donald, and Pluto.
This sorter is made of recycled materials and is dishwasher safe, which is KEY for babies.
The last item currently available for sale from this collection is another stacker, this time featuring Minnie Mouse and in pinks and purple. This one isn’t on flash sale right now, and is $14.99.
These would make great baby shower gifts, they’re not flashy, but these are the things babies actually love to play with.
These next couple of items aren’t yet available for order online but when they are we think they’ll be a hit with the toddler set. Mickey Mouse pilots a plane in this pull toy — adorable!
And Mickey Mouse behind the wheel of a buggy with our pal Pluto in the back seat.
We love the sustainable nature of these toys AND we love the simple bold colors. We’re looking forward to sharing more earth-friendly Disney partnerships with you in the future!
