There’s just one problem… It’s kinda hard to countdown the days when we don’t have an opening date! Well, we spotted something today that gave us a little bit more of an idea of when to expect this cookie shop. Let’s take a look!
We were checking out the holiday offerings in Disney Springs today when we noticed something surprising on the list of holiday dining. Yes! Gideon’s Bakehouse is listed! So does that mean that this spot is expected to open in time for the holidays? It sure seems that way!

Of course, we already knew that this spot is expected to open sometime in 2020 per the construction walls and announcements from Gideon’s Bakehouse. But, this update might mean that we won’t have to wait until the VERY end of the year. 🤞

From what we can see, the building is definitely getting closer to completion. Plus, the location has been hiring for a few weeks now, so we are in full prep mode for cookies.
