Salt & Straw in Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort always comes up with some unique and fun seasonal ice cream flavors!

The ice cream shop impressed us most recently with their spookalicious Halloween flavors, but now Salt & Straw has announced their holiday flavors, and they sound so joyful, merry, and bright!

It is just not Christmas without some spiked eggnog, so we want to dive into Dwanta’s Teremana Spiked Eggnog Ice Cream! This is rich, custardy vanilla ice cream with a splash of amontillado sherry, nutmeg, and salt.

It’s also just not Christmas without some great peppermint flavors, so Salt & Straw is introducing its Cocoa & Peppermint Patties Ice Cream. If you ask us, chocolate and peppermint are a Christmas marriage made in heaven.

We love baking up gingerbread cookies for the season, and Salt & Straw has done that and put it in ice cream with its Gingerbread Cookie Dough Ice Cream. This cookie dough is extra “molasses-y.”

Imagine buttery caramelized toffee mixed with chunks of salted chocolate ganache all thrown into ice cream, and you’ve got the Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache flavor. Sweet and salty is a total win in our books!

There’s a vegan holiday flavor, too — The Great Cookie Swap. This coconut cream-based ice cream is jammed full of strawberry thumbprint cookies, gingersnaps, chocolate almond bark, and sugar cookies!
