Disney has partnered with designers in the past to bring us some seriously Insta-worthy products.
The bedazzled BaubleBar Minnie Ears and gorgeous villain dolls just scratch the surface. And our wallets are already hurting from these Up ears. But what happens when a Disney designer collab gets a little weird?
Well, we can show you because the new Susan Alexandra x Disney bags made our jaws drop. They’re funky, they’re beady, they’re crafty, and they’ve got some fringe for a little princess pizzaz. And did we mention they’re limited edition?
Both bags are inspired by Cinderella’s pink dress. You can see where the turquoise from her iconic pearl necklace is tied into this Cinderella Bow Bag. We’re trying to envision where exactly we could rock this beaded, bow-crazy statement piece.
The Cinderella Dress Fringe Bag is a bright pink and just as beaded. What this one lacks in turquoise it certainly makes up in fringe.
Not only are these things dare we say…loud…but they will also run you $425 EACH. Yes. These over-the-top Disney inspired bags are $425!! We think these things are a bit ridiculous, especially for the price. Are you loving these bags? Do you think they are worth the HEFTY price tag? Let us know! And keep checking DFB for more Disney merch updates!

Definitely worth it! I have a Susan Alexandria bag at home and I LOVE it. The price is higher to support and adequately pay the makers. They’re all handmade with love by amazing women in New York:)
UUUUUGGGGLLLYYY! They look like a kindergartner made them!
I have to agree with you AJ, that’s a ridiculous price and IMO, they are not cute! I’m sorry
No way!
I rather use my cash for other types of fun, but to some it might be worth as collector pieces, in particular if they are already familiar with the artist. Not my style, I’ll take another extra vacation day instead.
Well, first, I’ve never heard of Susan Alexandria. These bags look like someone’s hobby. I prefer Furla, Prada, Escada, Kate Spade…you get the idea….
Are you loving these bags? No, not at all.
Do you think they are worth the HEFTY price tag? I do not but others might. To each his own.
I could not afford but those that can and like should be permitted to purchase.
There are things we all buy that others do not like or would not buy.
No I will not be paying that price for any bag.
No thanks! I will pass. It reminds me of something made by Fisher Price.
Those are ridiculous. But I think the Dooney and Bourke disney bags are also way over priced. They are cute, but you can get a beautiful leather bag for the same price. Give me quality leather over a Disney character any day. And if you are at Disney, make a trip to the outlet mall. Dooney has a store and I have picked up some gorgeous bags for a great price there.
Hahaha, there is a sucker born every minute. Looks like something a little kid made. And things are only “collectable” if there are people dumb enough to pay for it. If no one buys them, then these things will go on the $9.99 clearance rack in a heartbeat. Which is still overpriced.
omg they’re awful! hahahaha
I personally love Susan Alexandra jewelry and bags! I think they’re definitely not suit for everyone’s style! To say they’re ugly is not true. The SA bags I have are fun, unique, and cute. I think the Cinderella ones are very cute and hope to see another Disney X Susan Alexandra collection in the future.
