The Edison in Disney Springs will be hosting the first offering in a new “chef-driven” event series next month!
Tickets are currently on sale for “A Taste of the Bahamas,” which will feature a multi-course dinner as The Edison welcomes new Executive Chef Deaundra “Dee” Rolle. And we’ve got all the details — including the evening’s menu — here!
As shared on the Patina Restaurant Group website, “A Taste of the Bahamas” will feature creative dishes and craft cocktails in an intimate evening setting.
The exclusive three-course menu will feature the cuisine of new Executive Chef Deaundra “Dee” Rolle. “Drawing on her Bahamian heritage, Chef Dee will present an exclusive menu featuring a masterful mix of traditional flavors from her home country and classic American recipes.”
Each course will be paired with a cocktail prepared by The Edison’s mixologists. And along the way, Chef Dee will describe “the inspiration behind her creations.”
The menu will feature a Conch Duo appetizer, a Steam Snapper Peas n’ Rice entrée, and Benne Cake Ice Cream for dessert. The courses will be paired with the following hand-crafted cocktails: a Rum Runner, a Mai Tai, and a Daiquiri.
“A Taste of the Bahamas” is to be the first in a series of chef-driven events which will take place throughout 2021, so stay tuned for future offerings as they are announced!
