The release of Raya and the Last Dragon is getting close!
Today, Disney announced that you can now pre-order it on Disney+. Basically, this entails paying $29.99 for Premier Access so you can watch it on the streaming service starting March 5th — the same day it releases in theaters. It’s a similar model to when Disney released the live-action Mulan last year. But what if you don’t want to pay?
Good news: the movie will eventually be available for all Disney+ subscribers to watch for free! You’ll just have to wait a little longer. Raya and the Last Dragon will be included in all Disney+ subscriptions starting June 4th. So if you don’t want to pay the extra $29.99 or buy a ticket to see it in theaters, just hang tight until then!
ICYMI: Raya and the Last Dragon follows a warrior, Raya, as she tracks down the last dragon to fight evil and restore her fractured land and its people. You can watch the trailer to see what this epic adventure is all about! We’re counting down the days until we can watch this one. Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney news!
