Another new dining experience is coming to Disney Springs!
Diners in Disney Springs have a lot to look forward to: there’s an upcoming chef’s tasting, a St. Patrick’s Day Festival, and Valentine’s Day specials. And now, The Boathouse has an exciting new addition.
Beginning Sunday, February 21st, The Boathouse will host The Captain’s Sing Along Brunch! There will be dueling pianos, a brand-new brunch menu, and specialty drinks. That menu will include a twist on their famous bread rolls, and we’re excited to give them a taste.
To highlight the brunch’s theme, guests who wear a captain’s hat or Boathouse shirt will also get a free mimosa!
Brunch runs from 10AM-3PM, and the dueling pianos will play from 11AM-2PM. We’ll keep an eye out for the menu and further details, so stay tuned to DFB!

I have a question…you mentioned wearing a Captain’s hat at the brunch to get a free mimosa. Do you have to buy the hat? I have a hard time believing they’re letting people “borrow” them to wear!
I wanted to book this for Sunday, Feb. 28 but do not see any reference to it on the Disney site. There is no brunch menu and no reservation times listed as “Brunch” – only Lunch or Dinner. I booked a lunch time and hope that this will transfer to the brunch. Any updates?
Is the “ free mimosa brunch “ only on the weekends, or is the brunch available 7 days a .
