Planning a Disney wedding or looking for a few ways to sneak some Disney into your special day? Well, Disney has recently released quite a few things that might be perfect for you!
We’ve seen a beautiful Castle Cake topper, Mr. & Mrs. mugs, a serving set, toasting glasses, new Wedding ears and more. But that’s not all — Disney has also released a whole new line of princess-inspired wedding dresses. We got a peek at some yesterday, but today we got to see them ALL!
Disney’s Fairytale Weddings has once again worked with Allure Bridals to release a whole new collection of Disney princess-inspired wedding gowns. During today’s Disney Weddings virtual event we got a peek at these magical creations.
As part of this release, there are 14 new dresses for Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings Collection. First, there’s a beautiful Cinderella Gown with an off-the-shoulder detail. This dress features ice blue tulle ruched across the bodice and waistline, framed by sequins and beads.
Then, there’s the Belle inspired gown. This dress has an embroidered lace overlap on top of the tulle gown and an illusion back!
If you’re looking to shimmer and shine, then you’ll LOVE the Ariel inspired gown. It’s got a little bit of a flared train to make you feel like you’ve got fins of your own, and it is covered in tons of sequins!
Looking for a look inspired by Tiana? There’s a dress for that too! The Tiana gown has shimmering appliqués all over it with heavy beadwork that’s meant to look like gowns from the Jazz Age. You’ll really get a fun, but vintage look with this gown.
Found your prince and ready to float off on a magic carpet ride? Then you might love the Jasmine dress. This one has a beaded bodice, a lightweight chiffon skirt (with hidden POCKETS!!!) and an illusion back too.
If you wear the Snow White-inspired dress just be sure to not serve any apples at your wedding (just in case). The ballgown dress has a bouquet of “apple” blossoms on the bodice that cascade down the skirt and then cluster at the hemline.
The Aurora dress has a really nice off-the-shoulder look with a sequined, floral lace bodice and subtle A-line style. There’s also exposed boning on the back to add an extra special touch.
You might want to wear shoes for your wedding (unlike Rapunzel), but you CAN wear a Rapunzel-inspired dress with some seriously gorgeous details. This dress has shoulder lace cap sleeves, but it’s most special feature is the dual illusion capes! Yes, we know Edna Mode says “no capes” but your wedding day might be just the time to make an exception!
Want to paint with all the colors of the wind at your wedding? Then, you’ll love the Pocahontas dress! This dress has leaf appliqués all along the bodice and outlining the sheer illusion back and sleeves. It’s that perfect touch of nature.
As if one Cinderella dress wasn’t enough, there’s a SECOND Cinderella dress in the “regular” collection. This one is an A-line gown that has scrollwork on it inspired by the details of Cinderella’s carriage! It also has sparkling diamond tulle so you’re sure to shine on your special day.
There’s also a SECOND Snow White gown in this “regular” collection that looks very similar to the first one but has some differences, including MUCH heavier use of the appliqués. We’re fairly certain the model in the photo below is wearing this second design…
…but here’s another picture of it from the website just to give you a clearer view since her dress was slightly obscured by some of the plants in the chapel.
If you prefer to spend your days reading and want a dress inspired by a princess who does the same — then the SECOND Belle dress might be for you. This ballgown is strapless and has a rose pattern on it, along with soft pickups in the parking tulle. You’ll look as beautiful as an enchanted rose!
If you like modern, mermaid silhouettes, then you might love this SECOND Ariel Dress. It’s got a little bit of shimmer to it and some beautiful beadwork to add an extra touch of fun.
Finally, the last dress in the “regular” collection is this second one inspired by Jasmine. This dress has an off-the-shoulder neckline, crystal embroidery, a cut away lace train, and an illusion back.
Just to give you another view, here’s a look at the photos of the dresses from the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings website.
You can see them all there, click on them to view more photos, including photos of the backs of the dresses, and get more information about them.
Okay, and now we move on to the next collection. As part of this release, 7 new gowns were also made for Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings Platinum Collection.
The Platinum Collection Cinderella gown is a strapless ballgown embellished with silver embroidery and crystals. All you need to finish this look is your very own pair of glass slippers and a carriage!
The Platinum Collection Belle Dress has a very romantic look to it with the illusion sleeves and floral appliqués. It’s also got rose appliqués, crystals, and sequins, and a lace-up corset back with crystal buttons!!
The Platinum Collection Ariel Gown looks like a mixture between mermaid fins and ocean waves. It’s covered in sea inspired pearls, crystals, glass beads, and sequins. Talk about a lot of sparkles!
The Platinum Collection Tiana Dress is a 1920’s Platinum ‘sheath’ gown with florals and vine appliqués that shimmer and shine, as well as an organza overskirt (which is detachable!!). That’s a great way to get 2 very different looks out of just 1 dress.
As for the Platinum Collection Jasmine dress, it’s made out of a stretch fabric with silver embroidery and crystals that go down the waist and hips, all leading to an illusion train.
The Platinum Collection Snow White dress is a beautiful ballgown with embroidered lace, seed beads, crystals, and “apple” blossoms that are scattered throughout the tulle. On the back of the dress there’s also a LARGE organza bow!
And finally, the last dress in the Platinum Collection is this Aurora-inspired gown. The dress has beaded lace appliqués and the neckline is meant to be reminiscent of Aurora’s own silhouettes.
Here’s a full peek at all of the Platinum Collection dresses.
Generally, these dresses come in sizes 0-30 and some have different colors available. They start at $1,200. The traditional Fairy Tale Weddings Dress collections will be available in select boutiques in U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, the U.K. and the Republic of Ireland, but the Platinum Collection will be available available exclusively at Kleinfeld in New York and Toronto.

Really? Brides wearing masks? Who wants that? It distracts from the dress, but also, shouldn’t the bride and groom be exempt from such things?
