Ever wanted to remember a SUPER special moment in Disney World?
That’s where Disney’s Capture Your Moment service comes in! This experience is a professional photoshoot with a PhotoPass photographer, intended to recognize special occasions like birthdays, engagements, adoptions, graduations, and SO much more. Previously, you had to call Disney to book this service. But now, Disney’s made it way easier on ya!
Disney has announced that guests will now be able to reserve their photo sessions by visiting Disney World’s website or by using the My Disney Experience app. Although both currently state that you’ll still have to call Disney at (407) 939-7758 to book, we’re expecting them to update soon.
Once you are able to book via the website or app, you’ll be able to call that number above if you want to give any further details about your photoshoot (like what occasion you’re celebrating!). You can also share these details when you check in for your session. That check-in will be at Box Office Gifts near the entrance of the park.
Your 20-minute personalized photo session will cost you $50! And if 20 minutes just isn’t enough for ya, you can tack on additional 20-minute sessions at $50 each. Just keep in mind that you’ll have to book these extensions in advance! Also remember that printed or digital copies of your photos are not included in that cost — you’ll have to purchase them separately. However, if you have Memory Maker or an Annual Pass that includes free PhotoPass, you’ll be able to get ’em that way at no added cost.
Disney has a few other terms and conditions you’ll want to know about if you’re booking, which you can read here:
Lastly, while advance reservations (up to 60 days out) are strongly recommended, you can see if same-day bookings are available by visiting Box Office Gifts or checking the My Disney Experience app. Happy photographing — Disney’s definitely made it easier with that new online booking! And stay tuned to DFB for more Disney news.
