If you are, you might be considering dropping the hefty ticket prices to head to Disney After Hours BOO Bash, the special event replacing Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year. We got a LOT of news about the BOO Bash today like decorations announcements and character information — and now we know a few more details about the FOOD!
This morning, Disney confirmed TWO NEW specialty Halloween eats that we’ll be able to chow down on during After Hours BOO Bash. We hope you have your sweet tooth ready!

First up, we’ll be sipping on the Apple Ginger Dale Frozen Drink which is Frozen Apple Cider mixed with Ginger Ale, topped with Whipped Cream and chopped TWIX® Cookie Bars. Perhaps this beverage is inspired by half of our favorite chipmunk duo (and it’s not Chip)!

Then, there’s the Foolish Mortal Funnel Cake which is a Funnel Cake topped with Oreo Crumbles, Purple Vanilla Ice Cream, Green Drizzle Icing and M&M’S® Milk Chocolate Candies Ghouls Mix. Bonus! Disney notes that at least the Foolish Mortal Funnel Cake will be on sale outside of event hours from October 1st through November 1st.

And, as with most Disney After Hours events, you’ll also have access to complimentary snacks like ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select beverages. Free Mickey Bars, here we come!

The Foolish Mortal Funnel Cake.
BEYOND EXCITED!!!!! The only snack I’ll be able to enjoy is the popcorn because they never offer specialty vegan items for things like this, but I don’t even care. I’m thrilled for the atmosphere, the lights, the cavalcades, the decorations. I just can’t wait for another gorgeous Halloween in Disney World!!
Any idea what is included as an “ice cream novelty”?
Cori, I would guess one of the packaged ones they sell regularly, but we will have to see what they offer when the BASH starts.
Vanessa, you may also find some of the ice cream novelties are vegan. I’m thinking the strawberry bar, in particular. We will report on any other released snack information, so hopefully there will be some inclusive options.
I had tix for MNSS in 2020 which got canceled due to Covid. It would have been our first time. I plan on going to Boo bash despite the outrageous ticket prices for what seems to be much less than what MNSS offered. I do hope they have the Constance’s wedding cake dessert, because we share a name and I would love to try it! Hope they have more than just a funnel cake!
Will there be trick or treating ?
At the price for a ticket that is being proposed, they better be including more than just popcorn and Mickey ice cream bars. It is only a 3 hour event that costs more than an all day ticket…
