Restaurants are continuing to reopen all around Disney World!
Recently, we stopped by Tusker House in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and we’re getting EXCITED for ‘Ohana to reopen at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. But today, we’re checkin’ out Maya Grill’s reopening at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort!
Maya Grill reopened TODAY for dinner! This restaurant serves up the tastes of “Nuevo Latino.” We saw quite a few menu changes here, so we’re excited to give ’em all a try. Let’s get started!
Atmosphere
You’ll find Maya Grill near the hotel’s lobby. And when you walk inside, you’ll feel transported to the entrance of a Mayan pyramid!
There wasn’t much social distancing, many tables were seated next to each other.
We also enjoyed some beautiful live music.

Menu
Before we were seated, we used the QR code provided to look up the menu on our phones.
And we got paper menus after we were seated!
You’ll find a variety of starters and salads…
…some entrees (including a new plant-based option!)…
…sides, and desserts. Those Fried Baby Churros are calling our name!
There’s also an extensive list of specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and — of course — tequila. Now it’s time to EAT!
For our Maya Grill dinner, we tried the Margarita Flight, Guacamole (topped with strawberries!) and the Fiesta Nachos. pic.twitter.com/MuJmDeaBtU
