Love it or hate it, “it’s a small world” is a classic Disney Parks ride.
From Haunted Mansion to Jungle Cruise, Magic Kingdom has some of the most iconic Disney World rides. If you have a Disney World trip coming up around the end of July, we have some news about “it’s a small world” that might affect your visit!
We’ve seen a lot of construction taking place in Magic Kingdom, and now beginning as of July 27. 2021, “it’s a small world,” along with several ofter attractions in Disney World, is showing on the calendar as closed for refurbishment.
Currently, the calendar only shows “it’s a small world” as closed through July 29, 2021, so it’s possible that this could be a very short-lived refurbishment, but it’s also possible that this schedule could be extended or these dates changed. We do not know what Disney has in mind for this refurbishment. It could simply be routine maintenance.
If you’re visiting Disney World in July and have your heart set on riding “it’s a small world,” you might not want to make a Magic Kingdom park reservation for those dates. Stay tuned to DFB as we learn more about the plans for “it’s a small world” and for all your Disney World news!
