There are a wide variety of hotels to pick from when planning your Disney World vacation. There are Disney owned and operated hotels, hotels like the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel that are on property but not run by Disney, off-property hotels, and more.
Swan Reserve
One of the newest hotels that will be coming soon to Disney World is the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. This is a new hotel located next to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel and is set to feature some stellar views and more. Previously, the hotel was accepting reservations for dates starting on September 1st, but now things have been a bit delayed.
The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is now set to open in late September, as opposed to September 1st.

According to the team over at the Swan Reserve, some construction delays have caused them to shift the opening date a bit. We have been keeping an eye on the construction over at the Swan Reserve, and we’ll continue to look for any major updates.
Guests who have reservations for the Swan Reserve that will be impacted by this delay will receive communication directly from the hotel regarding alternative options.

More details about the opening date are set to be shared soon.
Again, the team at the Swan Reserve has only indicated that the hotel is set to open in “late September.” When we went on the Swan Reserve site, we noticed that it did not seem to show any availability from now through September 27th.

But, when we looked at booking a night on September 28th, it did show us some available room pricing for the Swan Reserve.
