We’re well into the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival, and we’ve tried a LOT of sweet and savory treats in EPCOT. But, what if you’re hoping to take some of the delicious fun home and make your very own World Showcase snacks?!
It’s a good day to be in the American Adventure Pavilion
While we were in the American Adventure Pavilion over in the middle of the World Showcase, we noticed an interesting menu item that we’d have to work for in order to eat!
For $21, you can own a Funnel Cake Gift Kit straight from the Funnel Cakes kiosk in EPCOT’s American Adventure pavilion. That’s right. It’s not an actual funnel cake (that you can eat right then and there), it’s a funnel cake KIT that’ll help you make funnel cakes at home!
Now, Funnel Cake Kits have actually been around for a while at this spot, but they were priced differently before. Still, we decided to grab one and check it out to see just what is included in this set if you decide to buy it.
Funnel Cake Gift Kit!
The kit comes with a bag of funnel cake mix, a funnel cake pourer, and instructions on how to make your own funnel cake.
According to a friendly Cast Member, the kit will come in a more official-looking gift bag, but they weren’t yet available when we came around. Still, they let us purchase the set (at a bit of discount, since the gift bag was missing).
This is…different!
Like we said, this will all come packaged in a bag later, but this is what everything looked like when we got it. Don’t mind us, casually carrying around a 5 POUND bag of funnel cake mix around EPCOT!!

The pitcher is pretty big, as you can see, and has a handy spout to make that perfect, tangly funnel cake shape.

If someone you love isn’t around to get some freshly made funnel cakes with you in EPCOT, at least they can have this DIY version. It’s certainly a unique souvenir, that’s for sure!

If you want to grab one of these sets for yourself, be sure to stop by the Funnel Cakes kiosk in EPCOT’s American Adventure Pavilion to see if they’re available. Just keep in mind that the mixture is pretty heavy so you might want to wait until closer to the end of your day in EPCOT to pick this one up. Just be sure to check the hours for the Funnel Cakes kiosk on the day of your visit.
