Have you been to a galaxy far, far away lately?
We’re, of course, talking about the planet Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney World! We decided to swing by the most hoppin’ place in the system at Oga’s Cantina and we noticed some changes!
Oga’s Cantina is one of the smallest and most popular dining locations in Disney World and it has been especially difficult to get a reservation since the Disney World parks reopened last year.
During our last visit, guests were seated two parties at a table. Now, there are still several parties at each table, but plexiglass has been added across the middle of the tables!
We’ve seen a lot of changes to the social distancing policies in Disney World over the last year. The added plexiglass gives some barrier between parties.
It’s certainly an interesting change! Of course, while we were checking out the plexiglass, we also snagged a drink. The non-alcoholic Carbon Freeze is made with POWERADE Lemon Lime and Wild Strawberry, Blueberry, and Green Apple Popping Pearls. And yes, that is dry ice at the bottom. Tasty!
As always, keep an eye on DFB for the latest updates from Disney World!
