The Walt Disney World Railroad might not be available at the moment, but that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate this beloved attraction in your own special way.

As we mentioned above, the Disney World Railroad is currently not operating as the TRON coaster construction continues in Magic Kingdom. Recently, Disney shared that they would be testing a train on the tracks in the park, so you might want to listen for those train sounds the next time you’re there! During its closure, various parts of the Railroad have been refurbished at Disney World.
The train looks great!
At the moment, the Railroad is listed to continue its closure through at least part of 2022. We’re on the lookout for more updates so stay tuned for the latest information!
