And it looks like they don’t plan on stopping anytime soon, as we just learned about a bunch of new perks hitting Disneyland and Disney World. Speaking of Disney World news, there’s a NEW perk for guests who purchase Genie+!
Disney has announced that beginning “in the next few months,” guests who purchase Disney Genie+ will also get FREE digital PhotoPass downloads for attraction photos taken on the day of their purchase!

We were there in November, I purchased genie each day, what a waste of money! Id love a refund. I used it once in Animal kingdom, nothing in Epcot, and a few times in Magic Kingdom. Basically 60$ extra on top of the expense of the ticket. Spent most of my day on the phone and didn’t enjoy the parks at all. Very disappointed.
Do Disney guests get free parking ? I’m clicking on that and it brings up an article about genie +
How about us who have purchased memory maker already for a trip next month. Will there be some additional benefit then or are we just paying double for photos via memory maker and genie+

Based on initial commenters’ comments about Genie +.. I’d want them to elaborate on exactly why G+ was a waste of money! I’ll be going there for the 1st time in 10 yrs so I will be paying extra for the added service.
To me, it’s a tool to help lessen time spent in lines. I believe ppl don’t utilize an intricate service such as G+ to facilitate their experience with crowds and attractions. Maybe the commenter attended at a time when the parks were down on attendees & didn’t need to worry about long lines… who knows!
I’m headed there mid-February and was wondering if anyone knows WHEN the photos will be added to Genie+? Thanks!!!
