Something special is coming to EPCOT!
We’ve seen After Hours events offered at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom already in 2023. These events are separately ticketed events (meaning you’ll need to purchase a separate ticket to attend them). During the events, you can experience rides with lower waits and crowds, complimentary snacks, and more. And now After Hours is coming to EPCOT in 2023!
Disney has revealed that After Hours events will be coming to EPCOT soon! With this event, you’ll get exclusive access to EPCOT for 3 hours after the park closes to regular guests. Top attractions will remain open for guests to experience, including Frozen Ever After, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.
This will be your chance to experience some of the park’s most popular rides with shorter wait times, grab some photos with Disney characters, and enjoy those complimentary ice cream novelties, popcorn, and (select) beverages.
The event will kick off at EPCOT on June 1st, 2023. Tickets will go on sale for all guests starting March 3rd, 2023. But guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels will get early access starting February 28th. That early access will be for guests at Disney Resort hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green.
Prices for the event range from $129-$139 for adults (plus tax). But Disney Vacation Club members and Annual Passholders can get specially priced tickets on certain dates.
Here’s a full look at the ticket prices and dates for the EPCOT After Hours events.
Here’s some other information to know:
- The event takes place from 10PM to 1AM
- But guests with an After Hours ticket can enter EPCOT starting at 7PM
- It’ll be available from June 1st to August 24th
- You do not need a Park Pass or additional ticket to enter the park at or after 7PM
We’ll be sharing more details about the event soon, so stay tuned!

Was at a DVC after hours thing at Epcot earlier this month and have to say it’s colossally disappointing. We were there for about an hour and left. Now I know I will never pay for nor ever attend an after hours event.

Feb 28 early access? not getting it if the event starts June 1st? can someone explain.
The After Hours events are PHENOMENAL. I love them!!!!! Sp excited to add epcot to the mix
I’m so glad they’re finally offering this for EPCOT. With day time tickets being so high & the extra cost of Genie+ I’d rather pay for this experience

Hi Elizabeth! The early access is just for ticket sales because After Hours events can sell out. Having early access helps ensure you get to purchase a ticket before they’re gone.
