After Hours events have returned to Disney World for 2025 and we couldn’t be more excited!

At EPCOT, After Hours is BACK for select nights from February 27th through September 25th, 2025, and we were at the first event of the year. The capacity for these events is limited so folks have easy access to select park attractions — like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. And, if you’re looking to ride this attraction during After Hours, this is the BEST time to do it.
Disney After Hours events are BACK in EPCOT! But there’s something major you need to keep in mind before planning your dream night in the park!

Disney After Hours are specially ticketed events that allow guests to enjoy the parks with limited capacity after they close to regular day guests. The events include access to select attractions with lower wait times thanks to the limited number of guests, plus free snacks and drinks, and, of course, the thrill of being in a nearly empty park. But before you start planning out your own EPCOT After Hours visit, we’ve got an important reminder!

Disney hosts some pretty special events in the evenings after the parks have closed, which are the best opportunities to hop into much shorter lines and enjoy significantly lower crowd levels overall. After Hours at EPCOT
Disney offers special After Hours events on select nights at select parks. The normal After Hours events are open to everyone; you just need a specially priced ticket. They include shorter wait times for rides, complimentary snacks, and fun entertainment. This year’s After Hours events in EPCOT over over, but did you know there is a SECRET after-hours event happening in November at EPCOT?
EPCOT is a BUSY park — not only is it home to some of our favorite restaurants AND festivals when it’s the right time of year, but it’s also home to some of the most popular attractions in Disney World.

This means that the park itself can be crowded, and lines for certain attractions can be pretty intense sometimes. One of our favorite ways to skip all the lines was to purchase a ticket for EPCOT’s After Hours event, which allows a smaller group of guests into the park after it closes (for a separate fee). Well, we have an important update to share about this handy skip-the-line trick.
