We’ve officially made it halfway around EPCOT’s World Showcase, which can only mean one thing…Funnel Cakes!
Today, we’re trying a LOT of new and returning eats and drinks at EPCOT’s 2022 International Festival of the Arts. At the American Adventure pavilion in World Showcase, the Funnel Cake Stand has decided to join in the celebration with a NEW funnel cake flavor. Let’s check it out! [Read more…]
And that’s what we’re doing today — we’re making our way around EPCOT trying everything (yes, we mean EVERYTHING) at the food studios at this year’s festival. We’ve finally made our way around to the Germany Pavilion to check out the food studio there.
We’ve been giving you LIVE updates throughout the day as we check out this year’s fest. We already visited the popular Pop Eats! booth (where we snagged that adorable Figment popcorn bucket) and the brand-new Deco Delights, but now we’re taking a look at a returning booth that we can’t wait to visit again.
We’ve been trying out all kinds of holiday treats in Disney World lately.
It might seem like Disney skipped right over Thanksgiving and jumped straight into the festive season (and we won’t lie — they kinda did. Have you seen all those Christmas trees?), but we actually found a few Thanksgiving treats in the parks and at Disney Springs. And you could even get a full Thanksgiving feast at a few different restaurants on the holiday! You might be surprised by the restaurant we chose for our Thanksgiving feast (considering that it’s an Italian restaurant), but by the end of our meal we were convinced — Italians do Thanksgiving RIGHT. Space 220 is one of the most highly-anticipated new restaurants at Disney World.
We’ve already seen the menus that will be available when it opens, some possible drinks they’ll be serving, concept art for the dining experience, and the restaurant’s new sign. In fact, we’ve even taken a look inside Space 220 itself. Now, all that’s left is to share this BIG news about reservations for the new restaurant!
Space 220 is an outer space-themed dining experience coming soon to EPCOT where guests will board an elevator that simulates traveling 220 miles above the Earth to dine at the Centauri Space Station.
This restaurant finally got an opening date of September 20th, 2021. And now we’ve got ALL the details you need to know about just what will be on the menu when Space 220 opens! [Read more…]
La Crêperie de Paris is a new restaurant coming soon to EPCOT’s France pavilion, serving up — you guessed it — crêpes, both sweet and savory.
The long-awaited crêpes restaurant isn’t opening until October 1st (when the 50th Anniversary Celebrations begin), but today La Crêperie de Paris was serving up crêpes for Cast Members in EPCOT as a special preview of the new restaurant.
Here at DFB, we believe that one of the most important aspects of a great Disney World vacation is the food!
If you’re headed to the parks and resorts, there are some really delicious options for meals…and some not-so-delicious ones. That’s why we’re constantly visiting Disney restaurants — to give you our honest reviews! And if you’re visiting EPCOT soon, then there are some DFB reviews we think you should read first.
While we whole-heartedly believe that every Disney World theme park and resort has some stellar food and drink options, there’s no place that steals our food-loving hearts quite like EPCOT. Between the countless dining locations around World Showcase and its four festivals throughout the year, it can sometimes feel like you can go several lifetimes and STILL have new snacks, beverages, and meals you have yet to try!
With all of that in mind, there’s a unique NEW dilemma you may encounter in EPCOT that you might not even be thinking about!
