When it comes to dining at Disney World, you’ve got a TON of options. That’s VERY true over in EPCOT, where you’ve got dozens of restaurants with unique cuisine from all around the world in World Showcase. That’s far from all the restaurants in the park, though, because you’ve also got the spots up at the front of the park.

We recently stopped by Garden Grill for breakfast to see if there’s really a big difference (other than the menu offerings and price) between dining here early in the day vs. for lunch and dinner. 5 EPCOT Restaurants the Experts Refuse to Book

Look, not every EPCOT restaurant reservation is a crown jewel. Some are total slam dunks. Some are hidden gems. And some? Some are the dining equivalent of a really pretty ex. Gorgeous on paper, wildly tempting in the moment, and then you’re sitting there later wondering why you ignored every red flag your group chat tried to warn you about.

Because here’s the thing: Disney pros do not book restaurants the same way first-timers do. The experts are thinking about value, convenience, atmosphere, how much effort it takes to pull the meal off, and whether the food actually lives up to the hype. We’re not just booking based on vibes and a pretty sign in World Showcase. We’re booking strategically. Like hungry little chess masters in Minnie ears.

EPCOT is full of great restaurants with unique flavors and dishes, and we love the variety that you will find in this park.

At EPCOT, dining isn’t just a pit stop; it’s practically an attraction itself. You can blast off to space at Space 220 in World Discovery, spin through harvest-fresh comfort food at The Garden Grill inside The Land Pavilion, grab quick bites at Connections Eatery in World Celebration, or snack your way around the globe in nearly every World Showcase country. We love eating our way through EPCOT, but there’s one restaurant where the atmosphere alone might raise your heart rate, even though the food is seriously worth it.

REVIEW: 2 NEW Menu Items Just Dropped at Le Cellier in EPCOT and We Have THOUGHTS

Le Cellier is one of the more expensive and fancy restaurants in EPCOT, especially in World Showcase. It’s very popular, so much so that it’s often hard to get a reservation, so when you sit down to dine, you’re likely expecting a pretty fantastic meal.

As this is a steakhouse, many people choose to try one of the $60 steak cuts on the menu, but there are plenty of other options available as well. We recently spotted two new items on the menu and knew we had to give them a try to tell you our thoughts, but we’ll be honest — we’re not totally sold on either of them.

One of the most overlooked restaurants in EPCOT, one of the best parks for dining in Disney World, in our opinion, is over in the China Pavilion. Nine Dragons Restaurant is a table service spot that often has plenty of reservation availability, and it’s rare that we’ve been disappointed here. To convince you to dine at this spot, we’ve gotta share with you the incredible deal that’s just been EXTENDED at the restaurant — the three-course prix-fixe lunch menu has been extended through October 14th!
